📋 Description
• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of ATMs and Air/Vac equipment • Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and Cash Depot products • Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as needed • Partner with territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests • Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or Cash Depot staff • Maintain important department metric standards in efficiency and safety • Assist and train other technicians as needed • Perform administrative paperwork accurately and timely
🎯 Requirements
• High School Degree / GED • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift • Experience in troubleshooting or electro mechanical work • Ability to adhere to the Field Service Handbook expectations • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, and a problem-solver • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
