📋 Description

• Support and administer the full Azure Virtual Desktop estate • Provide hands‑on support to end users within a dedicated AVD support team • Manage host pools, images, user/application access, resource groups and overall AVD configuration • Optimise and support multi‑user environments using FSLogix and NetApp (or equivalent technologies) • Ensure high availability, resilience and disaster recovery across all AVD components • Participate in an on‑call rota (1‑in‑3) • Travel occasionally to the Gloucester Business Park site when required (remote-first role)

• Azure Virtual Desktop management & support • Azure infrastructure administration • FSLogix profile management • Troubleshooting EUC / VDI environments • Supporting end users in a service‑focused environment • UK Security Clearance (SC) – Mandatory 1‑in‑3 shared rotation
