📋 Description

• Develop and implement statistical, predictive, and prescriptive models to optimize workforce management processes. • Explore and analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. • Build and validate optimization models for complex problems such as resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Operations, Business) to translate challenges into data-driven solutions. • Ensure quality, governance, and documentation of developed models and pipelines. • Support the definition of metrics and KPIs for performance monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. • Extensive experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis. • Advanced proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow). • Knowledge of optimization solutions (Gurobi, PuLP, OR-Tools and/or Pyomo). • Experience with SQL and handling large databases. • Clear communication skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights. • Analytical, results-oriented profile. • Proactive and able to work in dynamic environments. • Strong communication and collaboration across functions. • **Preferred:** • Practical experience applying optimization models to real-world problems. • Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS. • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). • Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps environments.
