📋 Description

• Support expansion of the thermal market segment in North America • Grow market share, revenue, and bookings for the CECO Thermal business segment portfolio • Sell to customers and deploy sales strategy by understanding customer needs and creating proposals • Prospect, qualify, and position Thermal Emission Control Solutions products and services • Negotiate technical and commercial contract terms • Manage strategic account planning, performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, bookings, and margin • Evaluate markets and competitors and develop differentiated offerings • Generate new business and cross-sell to existing and new customers • Build and maintain relationships with end users and EPC clients • Maintain opportunity pipelines and customer account data in MS Dynamics 365 CRM • Manage data and communicate activities and results with the global sales team • Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience selling emission control systems • Experience with or knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Biomass/Biofuels, and Chemical facilities preferred • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and build and maintain customer relationships • Track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets • Ability and willingness to travel • Self-motivated and able to manage boundaries between work and personal life • Reliable internet access and a quiet, dedicated home-office workspace • Ability to adapt to scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks • Compliance with company attendance standards
