• Responsibility to increase Provider Market revenue in the designated territory through net new sales. • Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission. • Grow the Cedar Gate customer base and add to existing customer profitability. • Develop and maintain high-profile external relationships with customer constituents, professional organizations, etc. (public relations presence). • Serve as a leader in developing new business and strategic relationships. • Help promote and grow existing clients. • Foster, promote, and facilitate company-wide products, services, and capabilities. • Collaborate with colleagues (at all levels of the organization) to define, develop, and deliver new products and services.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, preferably working in business development management or a higher-level position. • Track record of building a book of business and quota attainment with contacts in Cedar Gate’s target market. • Understand the Value-Based Care Market and Provider Organization Value Proposition. • Proven success in a strategic sales role with longer sales cycles. • Experience on a national sales team with different designated sales regions. • Travel as much as required to be successful, estimated at around 50%. • Possess strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize and analyze data to identify trends and marketing opportunities. • Ability to establish credibility with executive management through professionalism, ethics, integrity, mutual respect, and a value-added approach. • A self-starter who can simultaneously manage multiple internal and external initiatives. • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or equivalent working experience in a business-related field. • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills at all levels, not just written or oral communication, but in-person presentation skills. • Team player who expresses independence of thought and opinion. • Operates well in a dynamic environment and excels at prioritizing when multitasking.
