🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, data analytics, computer science, or a related field). • 8-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in the healthcare industry. • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and perform advanced data transformations. • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools. • Exceptional knowledge of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files. • Demonstrated expertise in creating source-to-target mapping documents with appropriate transformations. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, using healthcare language. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, CPT, ICD-10, etc.). • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Proficient in statistical analysis and modeling techniques. • Understanding of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
