📋 Description

• Looking for a Senior Engineer who owns the “last mile” of engineering: deployments, availability, infrastructure reliability, and production quality. • This is not a junior role and not ticket-pushing. • You will work directly with the CTO and core engineering team to make sure new features ship reliably and quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior engineer (not junior, not generalist) • Owns problems end-to-end, not just tasks • Enjoys building infrastructure and automations for internal and customer use • Generates new product ideas • Can ship without babysitting or hand-holding • Strong communication, high accountability • Enjoys small-team autonomy, zero bureaucracy • Comfortable being the person who “makes it work” • Curiosity about financial markets, including crypto, currencies, and fixed income. • Nice to have: Frontend and backend development experience • Nice to have: Experience with financial data or high-sensitivity systems
