📋 Description
• Reporting to the Vice President, Medical Affairs • Responsible for the development and execution of a cohesive scientific communication strategy • Build and lead strategic scientific communication plans • Establish a strategic data generation strategy • Lead strategic planning and the generation of Medical Information materials • Drive the production of publications, often under tight timelines • Partner closely with field leadership • Establish and implement standard practices, processes and procedures for the work • Develop and maintain scientific and medical expertise through continuous learning
🎯 Requirements
• PharmD, PhD or other advanced degree • Five plus (5+) years of oncology experience • Minimum ten (10) years in a pharma/biotech company • seven plus (7+) years in Medical Affairs • Prior experience in scientific communication strategy • Strong understanding of GPP and other applicable industry guidelines • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communications skills • Demonstrated strategic, scientific and business acumen • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities at the same time • Ability to manage through ambiguity • Experience/expertise in interpretation and communication of scientific data.
