📋 Description

• Own the team’s quality strategy, including early involvement in requirements definition, refining acceptance criteria, continuous risk assessment, and a user-centered QA perspective • Plan and maintain test coverage in a structured way as features grow through test-design sessions, up-to-date test cases, and systematic regression testing • Execute manual, exploratory, and regression tests across multiple browsers, devices, and configurations, with clear reproduction steps and concise bug reporting • Build and evolve E2E and API automation suites, focusing on test reliability, pipeline stability, and continuous improvements to quality gates • Implement test automation using Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript-based tools for critical user flows, regression suites, and API tests • Maintain CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions to ensure reliable pipelines, stable quality gates, and fast feedback loops • Use debugging and analysis tools such as browser DevTools, network analysis, and Postman or equivalent API clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and exploratory testing, and in working with modern automation frameworks within agile, cross-functional product teams • Strong ability to design structured test cases, interpret quality signals, analyze defects, and identify root causes across frontend and backend boundaries • Excellent English proficiency; German or French is a plus
