• Responsible for the operational implementation and continuous optimization of our SEA campaigns within one of our cross-functional business units • Identify and implement ongoing improvements in the SEA channel (e.g., through the use of AI or Performance Max) • Actively contribute to the strategic development of the SEA channel across our brands kartenmacherei, Atelier Rosemood, and faireparterie
• At least 4 years of experience in B2C performance marketing within an e‑commerce environment — with a strong focus on Google Ads, Shopping, Microsoft Ads, and experience with attribution models • Deep channel expertise and solid knowledge of Google Analytics, feed management, reporting and dashboard tools • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written — both required for daily team collaboration; French is a plus!
