📋 Description

• Carry out routine water monitoring, including temperature checks, tank inspections, sampling and verification of remedial works • Assist with Legionella risk assessments and site surveys • Develop knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance • Assist with producing clear, accurate reports, site records and schematic drawings of water systems • Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate remedial actions with training and support • Manage workload effectively and communicate with clients and site teams • Support additional services such as ventilation surveys and indoor air quality monitoring following appropriate training • Visit varied client properties and occasionally stay overnight where required

🎯 Requirements

• A graduate, ideally with a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Building Services, Engineering, Science or a related subject • Previous experience in water monitoring, Legionella or water treatment would be beneficial but is not essential • Strong communication skills • Good attention to detail • Ability to produce clear and accurate written information • Organised and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly to different client sites • Full driving licence is essential
