📋 Description

• Provide administrative and customer support to the Sales Team • Create monthly reports for customers and internal stakeholders • Welcome and onboard new GPO members • Support the National Sales Manager with ad hoc reporting requests • Provide day-to-day customer support in alignment with Territory Managers and the GPO team • Validate new account setup requests and distribute new leads to the Sales Team • Administer the CRM and ensure it is accurate and up to date • Support the Sales Team with internal customer-related activities • Ensure a high standard of service to existing and prospective customers • Collaborate with MWI Internal Teams on opportunities and customer support • Maintain correct contact information for independent veterinary practices in MWI's CRM and record all practice contact • Advocate for customers within operational, customer solutions and shared services functions • Represent MWI in meetings with customers and prospects when required • Support customer and commercial projects • Attend industry-related events as required

🎯 Requirements

• Fixed term contract for 9–12 months • Clinical background either as a qualified RVN or through time spent working in a veterinary practice • Determination to meet and exceed targets • Good presentation and organisational skills • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Ability to work to deadlines • Ability to follow processes and protocols • Strong team player • Attention to detail • Customer Service experience • Must attend industry-related events as required, including some evenings and weekends • Must understand the Company's standard operating procedures and attend training sessions as appropriate
