📋 Description
• Support in the field of large volume outsourcing programs • Coordination, monitoring and preparation of project controlling and reporting • Track budget discrepancies and inform the Customer Success Manager • Maintain program-related projects in PLx Time tracking & Accounting System • Support onboarding/offboarding of resources as instructed • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements
🎯 Requirements
• Professional degree in Sciences or Economics • Experienced user of the MS-office packages (excellent Excel knowledge) • ERP-, project management- and database-systems experience • Basic understanding/knowledge in the field of pharmacovigilance
