📋 Description
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement teams. • Develop, track, and analyze productivity metrics for all revenue cycle functions. • Optimize workflow across charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management. • Oversee adherence to payer guidelines, coding standards, and internal quality benchmarks. • Serve as a key liaison between revenue cycle operations and executive leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance reimbursement, account collections, coding, and medical terminology. • Significant experience performing and managing billing services for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). • Advanced proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. • Excellent customer service skills. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • CPC certification and/or CPB certification preferred. • Previous managerial experience necessary.
