📋 Description

• Help fellow students get started with and use Cengage digital learning products • Support student onboarding sessions, in-class activities, demonstrations or peer Q&As • Create social media content about Cengage products, student activities and the Ambassador experience • Write student-focused content about digital learning • Create a short video or testimonial about the Cengage experience • Share authentic feedback and student perspectives with the Cengage team • Support selected Cengage marketing or student engagement activities • Attend training sessions and programme check-ins • Complete agreed activities around the student’s own schedule • Help Cengage products reach, engage and support university students

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD student • Study at an institution using a relevant Cengage digital learning product • Confident and friendly communicator • Enjoy helping and engaging with other students • Organised, reliable and comfortable managing your own time • Able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines • Interested in creating content or using social media • Comfortable getting involved in student-facing activities • Experience with social media, video creation, presenting, student societies, peer support or campus activities is useful but not essential
