📋 Description

• Develop architecture and design while informing requirements, verification, and validation • Define requirements, verify, and validate system interoperability • Lead the integration of engineering disciplines to deliver system solutions • Co-led with Product Management the baseline interoperability objectives for projects • Oversee the development of user needs and lower-level decompositions of requirements • Lead multi-disciplinary product development teams to implement interoperability requirements • Document system capabilities in product/project deliverables • Create and maintain the product ICD • Ensure imaging software and devices comply with DICOM standards • Drive interoperability testing, troubleshooting, and certification efforts • Provide subject-matter expertise on DICOM standards and IHE profiles • Mentor engineers within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field • At least 12 years of engineering experience, with experience in interoperability of medical and imaging systems • Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams • Customer-facing experience in collecting tailored needs • Extensive hands-on experience with DICOM standards and IHE integration profiles, including implementation, validation, and troubleshooting of interoperability workflows • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills • Clear and concise writing and communication skills
