• Partner with the Head of Paid Media to lead and scale Brainjolt’s paid media strategy across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Taboola, Snapchat, X, etc). • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of media buyers. • Brainstorm and test data-driven, performance-optimized ad concepts. • Oversee multi-million dollar monthly budgets, optimizing for GMV, ROAS, and margin goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data and Product teams to improve tracking, automation, and reporting infrastructure. • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and stay ahead of new betas and features. • Share actionable performance insights with leadership to shape long-term strategy. • Stay curious — test new tools, channels, and creative approaches to keep Brainjolt ahead of the curve.
• 7+ years of experience in paid media, content marketing, or affiliate marketing, with at least 3+ years managing teams. • Proven success scaling performance-driven campaigns that deliver real ROI — ideally within e-commerce or affiliate ecosystems. • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to interpret data, model outcomes, and optimize performance. • Comfortable shifting strategy quickly in response to performance trends, platform changes, or evolving business needs. • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, e-commerce ecosystems, and digital consumer behavior, particularly how they intersect with content-driven commerce. • Strong instinct for identifying trending products, viral content opportunities, and seasonal demand drivers that fuel growth. • Experience managing 8+ figure annual budgets across multiple platforms. • A mix of creative intuition and data discipline — you can interpret results, inspire new ideas, and guide effective creative testing. • Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools, with a sharp eye for creative performance. • Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, testing, and optimization processes. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a passion for scaling systems, processes, and people.
