CHI promotes group medical visits—especially through pregnancy and early childhood—aimed at reducing preterm birth and racial disparities in maternal outcomes by combining medical care, patient education, peer support, and connections to community resources. With over two decades of experience, CHI has scaled the Centering model to roughly 480 sites across more than 40 U. S. states and territories and supports providers with training, resources, and an evidence-based framework for billable group visits. The organization is based in Boston and partners with healthcare providers and institutions to expand access and improve outcomes for families.

📋 Description

• responsible for developing and implementing the business development, marketing, and philanthropic strategy alongside the CEO • demonstrate impeccable leadership, revenue-generation, and philanthropic acumen • oversee an entire portfolio, exercising substantial discretion and independent judgment over significant matters • supervise Senior Directors, Directors, Managers, and other employees • contribute to strategic planning, execution, and reports to the CEO • establish meaningful relationships with existing and prospective top CHI donors, foundations, third-party payers, and community partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of Experience in Sales, Fundraising, or Multimillion dollar revenue-generating roles • Executive Leadership experience with direct reports • Strong Sales Experience • Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest ethical standards, including confidentiality and handling sensitive situations and information with the utmost discretion and diplomacy. • Strategy Planning and Implementation Skills • Cultural Sensitivity: Commitment to ideals of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion
