📋 Description

• Provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis • Provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, means restriction, and crisis intervention to callers • Conduct outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis to promote safety • Meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with accreditation requirements • Attend team meetings, in-service training, supervision, and quality assurance training • Provide high-level customer service and professional etiquette • Provide service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and community resources • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, community agencies, hospitals, mental health consumers, and the public • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required • One year of experience preferred • Knowledge and competency in service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and community resources • Ability to communicate effectively via written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods • Availability for assigned PRN shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and early mornings • Ability to perform the stated physical activities, including sitting, standing, occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, and lifting
