• responsible for monitoring branch operations specific to market assigned • ensures financial, clinical operations and quality, service and sales initiatives are adhering to government regulations • develops strategies and overall branch business plans • generates specific market quality assessment reports • manages patient satisfaction data • works closely with AVPO along with various cross functional teams • partner with sales counterpart for continued branch growth • supports and ensures execution of performance improvement plans
• Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business or related field required; including 3 years in Branch Director role generally required • 8 or more years of experience with multi-site healthcare operations preferred • Experience with EMR and/or HIM Systems • RN and/or Clinician licensure, preferred.
