📋 Description

• Provide timely and effective sales administrative support for customer acquisition and retention • Process sales and invoices to ensure customer orders are paid accurately and on time • Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, correspondence, sales contracts, and maintenance agreements • Calculate, compile, and report statistics • Research customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support sales teams • Answer internal and customer inquiries • Communicate with other organizational areas to confirm order status and resolve customer complaints • Maintain up-to-date customer records • Work within defined policies, expectations, quality standards, and assignment priorities • Protect member PHI/HIPAA information while working from a dedicated space

🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of residence • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification • 1 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Valid state driver's license • Proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Availability to work 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred) • Experience collecting, preparing, organizing, duplicating, and assimilating documents in support of meetings (preferred) • Prior administrative experience (preferred)
