📋 Description
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about insurance products • Process policy changes and update customer information in the database • Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Active insurance license is preferred • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
