• Plan and manage social media calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms. • Create engaging posts, stories, videos and other content formats that reflect our fun and aesthetic brand. • Monitor social media performance and report results (engagement, follower growth, traffic). • Work with the design team to ensure visuals match our “cute, fast & effortlessly pretty” vibe. • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner. • Run social media experiments: A/B tests on content type, hashtags, posting time. • Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand reach. • Stay on top of social media trends and suggest new ideas. • Coordinate with the product team when launching new features or campaigns. • Build and execute a social media strategy aligned with BigWish’s goals. • Create high-quality, on-brand content (text, image, video). • Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms. • Grow a follower base and increase engagement. • Track KPI’s (likes, shares, comments, follower growth, traffic). • Optimize posts using analytics and insights. • Maintain brand voice: friendly, playful, stylish. • Manage community: respond to messages, moderate comments. • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design). • Manage influencer relationships and content collaborations.
• 3+ years experience in social media management (agency or in-house). • Strong fluent English (we are working globally). • Good eye for design and visuals; comfortable working with creative teams. • Experience managing Instagram and TikTok for brand growth. • Familiar with social media analytics tools and able to interpret data. • Creative thinker; able to generate fresh, fun ideas. • Ability to work in a fast-moving start-up like environment. • Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple tasks. • Basic video editing skills are a plus. • Knowledge of gift / wishlist / e-commerce markets is a bonus.
