📋 Description

• Leverage data to uncover opportunities for operational and financial improvement • Prepare reports and analyze data, including locating, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating, or modeling data from various sources • Create a comprehensive portfolio of standard management reports and analysis in Salesforce • Ensure timely and accurate cash posting; investigate and resolve discrepancies • Monitor revenue data integrity in Salesforce and support reconciliation efforts • Maintain status reports of any revenue discrepancies and work with external carrier teams to manage assignment process • Communicate financial and operational metrics to stakeholders across the organization • Find, investigate, and resolve data quality problems and recommend process improvements • Deliver timely and accurate monthly revenue reports and forecasts, and lead recurring revenue review meetings to align stakeholders and drive informed decision-making • Collaborate with Salesforce product team, other data and analytics teams and finance teams across the enterprise to learn and apply best practices relative to data management, Salesforce and financial management processes • Recommend system modifications and enhancements to business application team to enhance data management processes • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed

• Strong domain knowledge in insurance and employee benefits • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Self-directed and proactive; solid follow through on projects and assignments • Creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement • Ability to balance priorities and work in a lean environment • Outstanding troubleshooting, communication, presentation, documentation, and leadership skills • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with advanced expertise in MS Excel • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage • Skilled in data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau/etc.)
