• Lead organizational quarterly planning, including roadmap facilitation, dependency management, and alignment across engineering and product. • Own execution tracking, risk management, and reporting across the Inference Service org, driving clarity and accountability. • Partner closely with engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless cross-functional execution and timely delivery. • Serve as a key member of the Inference Service leadership team, working directly with principal engineers, engineering directors, and cross-org leaders. • Build, hire, manage, and grow a small but high-performing TPM team, mentoring and setting standards across technical program management. • Drive improvement of execution frameworks, operational processes, and cross-functional communication as the organization scales.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of TPM experience, preferably with focus on datacenter infrastructure • Experience with AI infrastructure and related technologies is a plus • Experience with data center equipment, including servers, networking, and storage is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and can-do attitude • Clear and detailed documentation skills • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across time zones • Proficiency with Jira or similar tool
