📋 Description
• Be responsible for providing both support and challenge to Associates to enable them to be their best • Having regular conversations with Associates to understand workload, pressures, wellbeing and feedback • Proactively managing performance including goal setting and performance reviews • Handle numerous administrative tasks such as monitoring performance feedback and preparing data • Leading the local orientation for Associates • Working in close partnership with the other Associate People Managers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience of mentoring and coaching others • Experience of direct people/line management • Experience of supporting and challenging others to help them reach their full potential • Confident in using Microsoft packages
