📋 Description

• CES is seeking a Lead Consultant with a track record of managing client engagement in the energy markets. • Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating business opportunities, managing complex projects, and positioning our company as a leader. • Project Management includes leading the delivery of customer work, tracking project teams' performance, and engaging with clients. • Business Development involves developing business opportunities, preparing responses to RFPs, and market research.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of power industry experience • Proven track record in project management and client management • In-depth understanding of energy, ancillary services, and capacity frameworks within the US ISO/RTO markets • In-depth understanding of price forecasting methods, project merchant revenues, and our role as independent market consultant • In-depth understanding of state and utility programs for renewable energy technologies • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills • Strong analytical/quantitative skills • Understanding of energy modeling system and methods • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both US and remote teams • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and problem-solve with minimal supervision
