• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline. • Hands-on experience with software engineering and business requirements gathering. • 10+ years of experience with large SaaS products such as Duck Creek or Guidewire. • Functional certifications on the Duck Creek or Guidewire product platforms preferred. • Minimum 7 years managing IT teams comprised of internal and external resources. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT developments. • Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms. • Knowledge of best computer security practices. • Strong research and analytical skills.
