📋 Description

• Lead the market adoption strategy for emerging Chainlink product lines across Privacy, AI, and strategic growth areas • Build relationships with technical users, partners, and enterprise customers to uncover market needs and shape product direction • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for Engineering and Product teams • Partner with Product Leadership and Research to validate product-market fit and accelerate adoption • Onboard and support the first 50+ customers for Chainlink Privacy products, creating repeatable GTM playbooks • Develop and validate AI Oracle and Agentic Skills use cases • Act as the technical voice of the customer, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial opportunity • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Architecture • Create market theses around emerging technologies and identify high-conviction opportunities • Help establish product lines that generate customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and long-term revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing strategic technical accounts, customer success, solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical business development within complex enterprise environments • Strong technical foundation with experience working closely alongside Product and Engineering teams • Proven ability to gather, synthesise, and communicate customer requirements into impactful product roadmaps • Experience engaging directly with early adopters to validate product-market fit and drive adoption of new technologies • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, or complex customer engagements • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while independently developing market insights and strategic recommendations • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for technical and business audiences • Hands-on technical background with the ability to read and understand code • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and DeFi • Experience with privacy technologies, decentralized applications, smart contracts, or early-stage product launches is a strong advantage
