📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate highly scalable platform services that improve the reliability and performance of the CRE platform. • Lead the development of production-grade backend services and APIs that support multiple internal stakeholders and platform consumers. • Drive architectural improvements that enable both vertical and horizontal platform scaling. • Improve workflow execution durability and platform resilience through thoughtful engineering, rigorous testing, and operational excellence. • Partner with engineering teams across the organization to deliver cross-functional platform initiatives from architectural design through production deployment. • Strengthen platform ownership by reducing operational silos, improving documentation, and increasing shared knowledge across the engineering organization. • Contribute to improving platform reliability through engineering practices aligned with service reliability objectives and measurable operational outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale production platforms. • Advanced proficiency developing production systems in Go (Golang). • Experience building production APIs and backend applications serving multiple stakeholders. • Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems. • Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, high-quality software through rigorous engineering practices. • Strong systems thinking with the ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and solve complex technical problems. • Self-driven approach with a high degree of ownership, technical curiosity, and continuous learning. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional engineering environments.
