• Implementation and maintenance of the CMDB aligned with CSDM 5 • Creation and maintenance of tables, relationships, and data models • Configuration of Data Sources, Data Ingestion, IRE, and Transform Maps • Structured application of CSDM layers • Development of automations and validation routines • Creation and management of CMDB Health dashboards and maturity KPIs • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations that feed the CMDB • Ability to propose structural improvements and align the CMDB with the organization's service catalog and services.

• Experience with CSDM and CMDB governance • Ability to structure the data model • Ensure accuracy and continuous evolution of the configuration database • Implementation and maintenance of the CMDB aligned with CSDM 5 • Creation and maintenance of tables, relationships, and data models • Configuration of Data Sources, Data Ingestion, IRE, and Transform Maps • Structured application of CSDM layers • Development of automations and validation routines • Creation and management of CMDB Health dashboards and maturity KPIs • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations that feed the CMDB • Ability to propose structural improvements and align the CMDB with the organization's service catalog and services • Certifications: CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, or CSDM Fundamentals.
