📋 Description

• Implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow Event Management / ITOM Health • Configuration of Event Connectors • Creation and enhancement of Event Rules • Development of Alert Rules and Service Impact Dashboards • Familiarity with market tools such as Zabbix and Datadog • Configuration of Health Logs and Incident Creation Policies • Tuning of Event Queue

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Event Management • Integration of monitoring tools • Knowledge of alert correlation, automations, and service impact detection • Configuration of Event Connectors, including MID Server, SNMP Trap, Email, REST, API, Log Analytics, and others • Creation and enhancement of Event Rules, Transform Rules, Alert Correlation, and Alert Management Policies • Development of Alert Rules and Service Impact Dashboards integrated with the CMDB and service maps • Familiarity with market tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, SCOM, etc.) • Configuration of Health Logs, Alerts, Incident Creation Policies, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) • Tuning of Event Queue, connectors, and correlation mechanisms.
