• Achieve sales targets through channel partners (B2B). • Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company strategy. • Manage partner relationships, ensuring productive collaboration. • Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners. • Provide sales training and motivation to partner sales teams. • Act as the primary contact for managed accounts. • Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance. • Work with internal teams (marketing, finance, support) to support partner success. • Forecast sales performance and maintain CRM records. • Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations. • Identify and develop new channel opportunities. • Participate in key account sales, co-selling, and partner events.
