📋 Description

• Own the global strategy, execution, and P&L of Chaos’s direct digital and e-commerce business • Scale the €10M+ ARR direct digital sales channel • Scale the Chaos Product-Led Growth and demand generation model • Translate the AEC growth vision into actionable marketing frameworks and convert global digital traffic into commercial outcomes • Lead Campaigns, Performance Marketing & Analytics, Website & Organic Growth (SEO/GEO), Social Media & Influencer, and Field Marketing & Events teams • Manage global marketing budget allocation • Establish commercial KPIs and audit funnel performance to maximize revenue velocity • Direct global performance marketing and campaign functions, including acquisition spend, bid optimization, and capital allocation across acquisition, ABM, and retention campaigns • Establish content-driven search frameworks across international markets using SEO and GEO strategies • Govern global web properties through testing, user journey validation, and funnel experimentation • Deliver organic communications and influencer outreach across global channels targeting a base of 1M+ followers • Set strategic objectives for event presence, tradeshow participation, and owned brand experiences • Lead and manage a matrixed organization of 20+ marketing professionals across five functional sub-teams • Focus on leadership succession planning, capability building, and an outcome-driven operational culture

🎯 Requirements

• Significant progressive digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing experience with a proven track record at senior or executive leadership level • Verifiable experience managing a standalone e-commerce or digital sales channel P&L with direct accountability for multi-million euro ARR • Deep operational experience in B2B SaaS, specifically self-service or product-led growth (PLG) motions • Proven ability to build, resource, and lead large, multidisciplinary, fast-moving marketing teams • Experience overseeing marketing technology stack deployment, marketing data warehousing, data compliance, and multi-channel attribution frameworks • Ability to own complex global budgets, manage data-backed investment risks, forecast revenue pipelines, and justify marketing spend • Understanding of technical SEO/GEO, web infrastructure, paid media, and brand marketing as an integrated revenue system • Ability to challenge attribution models, data validity, and performance analytics for data-driven optimization • Interpersonal, motivational, and communication capabilities to manage matrixed global teams and represent marketing within executive revenue leadership • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience • Applicants must hold a valid work/residence permit for the respective location • CV must be submitted in English
