📋 Description

• Establish and enforce global standards for Product Master Data • Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across PDM and ERP systems • Drive initiatives to improve data quality • Lead continuous improvement initiatives • Lead, mentor and develop a team of data analysts • Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives • Foster a collaborative, high-performance and accountable team culture • Act as advisor for all product master data matters across the business • Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions • Support system upgrades and integration projects • Perform Root Cause Analysis on data issues and design solutions to eliminate them from our processes • Facilitate the downstream flow of pricing and product data to other teams and systems, understanding the impact of changes in master data on these downstream processes • Create ad hoc pricing and product master data reports • Develop and deliver training and support to ensure user competency and adoption of data standards and processes

🎯 Requirements

• University degree is desirable • Proven experience in Product Master Data Management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Analytical mindset with attention to details and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team and a collaborative environment • Ability to thrive in a changing environment as we implement our new master data strategy
