• Become an expert in the features, benefits, and application of the AdBook+ platform and use that knowledge to configure features and answer technical questions. • Manage the client relationship and gain ‘Trusted Advisor’ status • Serve as a Client Advocate, and work closely with our Product and other internal teams to contribute to platform improvements and priorities • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of post sales activities to ensure client satisfaction • Perform quarterly business reviews and work to develop retention and revenue growth strategies • Mentor, train, and support peers as needed
