📋 Description

• Lead Analysts, Associate Consultants, and Consultants on consulting projects with healthcare provider clients • Manage overall projects, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals • Act as a trusted advisor to clients using healthcare knowledge and insights • Coach and mentor junior staff, developing their skills and knowledge • Produce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action • Support the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives • Work on projects typically spanning 3–6 months in strategic growth, M&A, partnerships, academic alignment, and value-based care • Travel to clients 25%–50% on average

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives • 2+ years managing others • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong and effective people leader • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience with Tableau is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Will not require employment visa sponsorship
