• Minimum 5 years of technical service experience in the construction market. • Knowledge of the construction industry terminology and regulations. • Experience with funnel management and proficiency in CRM software. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • High personal savvy with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
