📋 Description

• Provide ongoing support for the Oracle Cloud Healthcare Suite, with a primary focus on the Payroll module. • Conduct workflow analysis, recommending system design improvements, testing software updates, and resolving application issues. • Work collaboratively with team to design highly-complex business processes in systems configuration activities. • Assist in identification of opportunities for implementation of new features or features not currently in use. • Assist in writing test-plans/scripts and assist with testing of configurations as well as training of end-users. • Create/maintain Oracle system/application documentation. • Provide end user support and troubleshooting for issues related to ERP system.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 10-15 years related work experience required. • System implementation experience required. • Strong business operations experience with emphasis on the selected/assigned module required. • Oracle Fusion Certifications preferred.
