📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise and support to customers alongside the regional Business Development Manager • Engage with ecosystem partners (OEMs, integrators, labs) to enable system integration and adoption • Translate customer requirements into tailored liquid cooling solutions and system specifications • Lead application development, field trials, and validation of liquid cooling technologies • Analyze performance data and deliver technical insights and recommendations • Develop technical content with the support of the marketing and communication teams (case studies, white papers, competitive insights) • Contribute to market intelligence, competitive analysis, and technology positioning • Provide input to new product development and technology roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs • Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and industry collaborations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences, Chemistry, or related field • 5–10 years of experience in: Data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, HVAC, or thermal management • Technical service, application engineering, or technical marketing roles • Strong understanding of: Data center cooling architectures (air, liquid, immersion, DTC) • Heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and system integration • Proven ability to work independently, cross-functionally and customer-facing • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical details into business value • Ability to travel across the region and outside the region, 30% to 50% of the time.
