📋 Description

• Lead the definition and harmonization of global business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) • Collaborate with functional leaders to co-create process design principles and KPIs • Partner with Technical Services (IT) and system integrators to ensure process requirements are accurately translated into ERP configurations • Oversee pilot implementations and global rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and adoption • Establish Global Process Ownership as a key element of the Operating Model of the organisation • Engage with GPOs and GPLs to drive process excellence methods and decisions across the organisation • Act as the primary liaison between global business units, functional teams, and ERP programme leadership • Facilitate workshops and change impact assessments to align stakeholders on process changes • Support change management initiatives by identifying process impacts and helping teams adapt to new ways of working • Contribute to training content and ensure process owners are equipped to sustain the transformation • Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years proven experience in leading global process transformation within ERP programmes • At least 5 years in people management/leadership roles • Experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders • Strong understanding of ERP systems, process mapping tools (e.g. Signavio, Nintex, etc), and reporting platforms • Experience with Business Process Architecture • Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field • Expertise in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies
