📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end bid and proposal process for all Chevin offices • Support opportunity qualification, response development, submission management, and post-submission activities • Contribute to bid/no-bid recommendations • Assess and address technical and commercial risks during opportunity qualification • Understand prospective clients’ specific requirements • Produce first-draft responses using the existing response library and AI • Coordinate resources and stakeholders to complete proposals by required deadlines • Work with Sales Account Executives to understand buyers, solution fit, and bid win themes • Manage proposal submissions to ensure they are complete, accurate, compliant, and timely • Produce visually appealing proposals with support from the marketing team • Perform final editing and quality assurance of proposal documentation • Respond to client and stakeholder queries before, during, and after submission • Maintain and improve bid management processes, templates, content libraries, and supporting systems • Manage access and login details for submission portals • Maintain registration with public-sector registers, including SAM.GOV and the UK Central Digital Platform • Research relevant cooperative contracts • Complete annual renewals on assurance and risk management platforms such as JOSCAR and Achilles • Track multiple in-flight proposals and ensure deadlines are met • Gather and analyse buyer feedback to improve processes, response quality, and success rates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience • Graduate degree or equivalent, with 2–4 years' professional experience in a software, technology, or professional services environment • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines within a project, operations, sales support, PMO, proposal, or customer-facing environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills • Project management skills, including organisation, analysis, time management, prioritisation, and management of multiple work streams • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment • Strong attention to detail • Good commercial acumen • Teamworking, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills • Ability to understand technical requirements • Interest in the fleet management industry and willingness to keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and legislation • Effective use of AI-assisted tools to develop and refine response content • Desirable: experience in fleet management, logistics, supply chain, or automotive sector • Desirable: strong working knowledge of Salesforce • Desirable: formal project management certification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner • Desirable: experience working as part of an international team
