📋 Description

• Chevin Fleet Solutions are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team. • We are looking for a proactive individual, with a positive mindset who never shies away from a roadblock and loves collaborating with others to ensure the successful delivery of customer value. • For more than 30 years, Chevin have been developing and delivering innovative software solutions for the global fleet management industry. • Our products and services are used by internationally recognised companies such as Cox Automative, Canadian National Railway and Accenture, through to not for profit organizations, global freight businesses, regional and local government. • We have built a powerful platform that allows businesses to efficiently manage the complete lifecycle of a fleet, streamlining processes, improving performance and ensuring compliance. • Our focus has always been to entice and empower the best talent globally and support them to do great things. • Creativity solving problems, passion for driving customer experience and value, and a pride in our work drives constant innovation. • The Project Manager is on-point for planning customer specific engagements as well as managing customer expectations, business requirements, and execution of deliverables while controlling scope, budget and timelines. • This person keeps the engagement on track by executing change management processes, resolving discrepancies, and clearing roadblocks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of senior software implementation consulting or Project Management experience • Project history with Fleet, ERP, Asset or Supply Chain Management solutions for enterprise and/or public sector clients • Hands on engagement experience with the ability to collaborate across roles while managing multiple customers, priorities, and deadlines • Attention to detail documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue logs, action item logs, and project management tools to drive project success • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Familiarity with software implementation lifecycle, methodologies and best practices • Ability to work well under pressure, with the resilience and drive to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong business acumen and the ability to demonstrate credibility to, and empathy with, clients from multiple departments (e.g. Fleet, Finance, HR) • Exceptional communication skills able to explain technical solutions to non-technical people • Demonstrated tenacity and sense of urgency to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve issues and roadblocks as they are encountered • Passion for customer and project success through outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills • A positive mindset, high ownership and accountability, and adaptive nature ready for change and new challenges • As a bonus you might have IT or business-related degree • Prince2, PMI or PMP certification • Experience with one or more of the following platforms: AWS, Azure, NetSuite, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics or Workday
