📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer. • Part of the process engineering team responsible for the design of the dairy processing portion of our new greenfield facility. • Experience in both design as well as start-up and operational support is preferred. • Work in partnership with the Capital project manager responsible for the construction. • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process engineering projects, ensuring safety and reliability. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in process engineering. • Experience in hygienic process design, specific experience with cultured dairy products and aseptic processing is a plus. • Understanding of PLC and logic controls for manufacturing equipment is preferred. • Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD tools, and other relevant engineering applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to technical challenges. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, mentorship, and conflict resolution. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
