• Empower Chrono24's engineers to work with AI • Build quality automation and processes for reliable AI code review • Ensure AI-friendly documentation and code structure • Evaluate AI tooling and guide decisions for effective adoption • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand problems and build solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Strong software engineering background with substantial development experience • Roughly eight to ten years of experience, not a hard requirement • Genuine passion for AI with hands-on experience • Language- and stack-agnostic • Very good English skills; German proficiency is a plus
