📋 Description
• Execute and optimize email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns. • Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality and high-converting emails. • Execute optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance. • Quality check campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables. • Collaborate with the Client Strategist to build client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance. • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution • Candidate must be an expert in Braze • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred). • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards) • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
