• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types. • Build automation using Flows and declarative tools, API integrations, and MuleSoft. • Participate in code reviews, manage Salesforce Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), and version control systems. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to understand user stories and translate them into technical solutions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement. • Actively engage with clients to explain solution designs, manage expectations, and deliver quality outcomes.
• 2–3 years of Salesforce platform development experience. • Solid hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. • Comfortable with Apex, LWC, declarative tools, and basic integrations. • Experience with client communication and delivery tracking within a team. • Any of the following Salesforce certifications are a plus: • Platform Developer I, II • Admin & Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant (strong plus) • Data Cloud Consultant (plus) • Marketing Cloud Developer or Experience Cloud Consultant (optional but helpful)
