📋 Description

• Design and develop intelligent agents based on LLMs, using Vertex AI Agents, Gemini models, and native GCP orchestration. • Participate in implementing an LLM orchestrator for natural language responses using Vertex AI Prediction and managed agents. • Define AI architectures using Vertex AI Pipelines, Workbench, Model Garden, and integrations with DevOps on GCP. • Build pipelines for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, custom training, and RAG, using Vertex AI Vector Search, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage. • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify intelligent automation opportunities. • Develop machine learning algorithms and embedding manipulation. • Optimize hybrid search mechanisms (vector + semantic + keyword). • Develop and maintain scalable APIs for consumption of AI solutions. • Ensure observability, monitoring, logging, and tracing of applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with LLMs and applied AI. • Solid knowledge of foundation models (Gemini, GPT-4, Claude, Llama 2/3). • Strong knowledge of GCP. • Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and advanced techniques: Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, Tree of Thoughts, Program-Aided Reasoning. • Proficiency in RAG, vectorization, and search pipelines. • Experience with fine-tuning (custom pipelines or Vertex AI Training). • Experience with agent frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LangGraph. • Knowledge of databases, storage, and architectural best practices. • Good communication, collaboration, and ability to document complex solutions.
