📋 Description

• You'll be building our client's near-real-time data platform to solve complex data synchronization challenges. • This role is hands-on and requires deploying, tuning, and operating key tools like DataHub and self-managed Confluent (Kafka) connectors on a Kubernetes platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking). • Proven experience deploying, tuning, and debugging applications on Kubernetes (K8s) at an operational level. • Hands-on experience with the Confluent Kafka ecosystem, especially Kafka Connect (e.g., Debezium CDC, Snowflake sync). • Experience with data governance tools, preferably deploying, configuring, or operating DataHub. • Strong experience with Snowflake for enterprise data warehousing is a must-have. • Strong knowledge of SQL. • Experience building data pipelines for both EDW use cases and real-time streaming scenarios. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ETL/ELT processes. • Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse implementations. • Expertise in dimensional data modeling. • Nice To Have: • Experience with Apache Flink (especially Flink SQL). • Experience with open table formats like Apache Iceberg. • Knowledge of DBT. • Familiarity with data ingestion tools (e.g., Airbyte, Fivetran). • Experience working with AWS and Azure. • Familiarity with Data Quality practices. • Knowledge of FinOps as applied to the data space.
