📋 Description

• Implement and evolve a comprehensive observability strategy • Define and operate with SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets • Ensure resilience and scalability • Reduce incidents and prevent recurrence • Evolve operational architecture on AWS • Create automations and self-healing mechanisms • Act as a technical facilitator for squads

🎯 Requirements

• SRE and Reliability • Resilience of distributed systems • Self-healing (auto-recovery) • Event-driven scalability • Incident management and post-mortem • Full observability: logs, traces, and metrics • Custom metrics • APM (Application Performance Monitoring) • Tools: Datadog (or similar) • Build dashboards and visualization panels • Intelligent monitoring and alerts • Real-time alerts (incidents, budgets → communication with teams) • Synthetic testing • Reliability management • Definition and tracking of: SLI / SLO / Error Budget • RTO / RPO • Availability- and user-experience-oriented mindset • AWS (CloudWatch, X-Ray, ECS/EKS, Lambda) • Docker / Containers • Distributed architecture • Infrastructure as Code and automation
